PipelineFX
Founded in 2002, PipelineFX produces Qube!, software that manages thousands of simultaneous 3D graphics programming tasks on large clusters of computer servers called render farms.
PipelineFX wanted an interactive web presence that matched their existing marketing material and presented their image and product in a clean and professional manner. A strong emphasis was made at providing PipelineFX with an administrative utility that allowed them to manage content on the site themselves. This is a sales opportunity and contact management software developed using the latest Flash and Coldfusion forms technology. The application greatly improved the management of sales opportunities from the time of initial contact with a customer to purchase order processing. The system allows CORESystems Hawaii to focus their sales and technical staff on opportunities that best fit the companys' core services.
Peer Survey
The Peer Survey was designed to have employees and management rate each other on CORESystems Hawaii's corporate values. This is aimed at improving communication and teamwork with the company. We designed the Peer Survey with the understanding that the users time is valuable so making it easy to use and fast to complete were top priorities. The survey has auto save features so if a user is disrupted or accidentally closes their browser their work is not lost.
Proactive Backup Assurance
This is a new service offering available to CORESystems Hawaii´s clients. NextLevel Software created a utility that gets information from backup servers and reports errors and discrepancies directly into their customer support application. This application helps CORESystems Hawaii provide a value added service that strengthens the relationship with their clients.
